This Data Protection Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to HPH in respect of your Personal Data nor does it affect any rights we may have at law in connection with the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Data and any consents you may have provided in connection with this Data Protection Policy are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have under applicable law to handle or process your Personal Data.
HPH may from time to time update this Data Protection Policy to ensure that this Data Protection Policy is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. (e) resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries;

(b) contacting you in the event of emergencies and in other situations, where necessary;
(c) managing, maintaining and administering the car park system; and
(d) any other purposes relating to the aforesaid.
