I have had a frozen shoulder for over six months now. I have tried cortisone shots and pills, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory medications massages and physical therapy. Nothing was working or helping my shoulder. The adhesions would not loosen up and besides being locked where I could not raise it above my waist, I was in severe pain each night while trying to sleep. I started self-massage with Tiger Balm a week ago. I use it at night and in the morning. My pain is gone! I am gaining about 2 inches per day in mobility. I instantly bought two of each Tiger Balm item/type I saw in the store, as the price was cheaper than any place I had ever been around the world. In my opinion, Tiger Balm is the BEST Pain reliever available for muscles aches in back, neck, arms, and feet. It is also ideal to apply a very small amount to your abdomen to ease pain in your stomach. BUY Tiger Balm in ANY form, you won't be disappointed.

I am a frequent user of the ointment for years. Many years ago, I came across the Tiger Balm Liniment and since then, I will always use it on any aches or pains. It’s a wonderful dry oil which goes directly into the skin to the soreness. I even sent this product to Ireland to relatives, and they can’t get enough of it.
