I often have lower back pain and nerve pain. I have tried many topical pain relievers, but none works as rapidly and has such a pleasant herbal scent. I wish that it came in a very large jar. I highly recommend as a natural and effective pain reliever.

Since I was seven years old and living in Hong Kong, I have carried a pot of Tiger balm in my bag to use for all sorts of common aches and pains. Headache..massage into temples and forehead; muscle aches..massage deeply into sore areas; nausea and dizziness...rub into stomach and inhale deeply to feel better; mosquito repellent...rub into ankles and other exposed areas of skin to baffle and repel nasty mozzies; congested breathing...rub on chest and back, or burn in an oil burner to release vapour to ease breathing. My friends and family know I've always got TB nearby, and that I'm a believer in its wonderful properties-mainly vasodilation to ease tension, inflammation and congestion.

I have been a fan of tiger balm since 1956 when I was in the Navy and visited the gardens. Awesome artwork and sculpture. I play roller derby, which is an extreme contact sport. In tournaments, we are likely to play 5-6 bouts in 2 or 3 days. Aches and bruises are inevitable.
